MyPad is a collaborative brand between two pre-existing HMO property portfolios. Coming from the same area and finished to a similar standard, the partners saw an opportunity to bring together their projects to streamline their processes.

It was important to both parties that they communicated their shared values, and that the business came across professional but fun. Focusing on their environmental consciousness, and the client-provided name MyPad, we took their visual identity towards a bright, healthy and natural feeling aesthetic.

The website is built using the WIX CMS, with and easy-to-manage back end system which allows them to toggle listing availability across the website.
